Programme terms
Satellite Referral Programme Earn 10% when you introduce clients who sign with Satellite Labs. How it works • One-off projects: 10% of fees we collect on the referred client's first project. • Retainers & ongoing work: 10% of fees collected in the first 12 months from contract start. • Payouts are made after Satellite receives payment from the client (net 30/60 friendly). Key terms • Commission rate: 10% of collected revenue (unless a different rate is agreed in writing). • Cap: £25,000 total commission per referred client relationship. • Attribution window: the introduction must convert within 90 days of being logged. • Exclusions: no commission for existing pipeline, team members, formal partners, or intros we were already pursuing. • One referrer per client: the first valid, documented introduction wins. • Tax: referrers are responsible for their own tax obligations. Satellite may require a referral agreement before payout.
