Satellite Labs is a London creative and technology studio founded by Eloka Agu in January 2025. We help companies grow by building the digital and creative infrastructure they need for their next stage, from brand and websites to campaigns, content and growth systems. We work with established companies, technology companies and consumer brands.

We work in three ways, depending on where your company is. Modernise is for established companies whose digital presence has fallen behind. Launch + Grow is for technology companies launching, raising or entering a growth phase. Scale is for consumer brands building the commerce, lifecycle and creative engine behind their growth. Each draws on the same building blocks: strategy, brand, websites and digital products, content and video, campaigns and analytics.

Established companies that have evolved faster than their brand and website, technology companies turning a strong product into a company people notice, and consumer brands that are selling and need to scale. Past clients span professional services, investment, AI, health, culture and fashion. The stage you are at matters more than the sector.

How long does a typical project take?

Every engagement starts with one clearly scoped first project. For Modernise that first phase usually runs 6 to 10 weeks; for Launch + Grow and Scale it is usually 4 to 8 weeks. The exact timeline is agreed upfront before any work starts.

What happens after the first project?

No project closes without a Next Phase conversation. We review what changed, what is still holding you back and what to solve next, and map out the next 90 days. Many clients continue into an ongoing partnership, but there is no obligation to.

How do I get started with Satellite Labs?

We talk through where the business is and what is changing over the next 6 to 12 months, then come back with one clear first project, its scope and its timeline. We take on a limited number of new projects each month, and the site shows how many slots are open.
