Work in n-week cycles

Flexibility in our process is key. Rather than rigidly adhering to fixed sprint lengths, we adapt our cycle length based on the nature of the work. Some features need two weeks, others might need four or six. The 'n' in 'n-week cycles' represents this adaptability.

Each cycle begins with clear goals and ends with tangible deliverables. We prioritize work based on impact and feasibility, ensuring we're always making meaningful progress. Regular check-ins and retrospectives keep the team aligned and continuously improving.

This approach allows us to maintain momentum while remaining responsive to changing requirements. By working in focused cycles, we can iterate quickly, learn from each iteration, and deliver value consistently without getting bogged down in unnecessary process overhead.
